It's Not Too Late to Feel Your Best

I'm just a regular guy trying to take better care of myself. Like a lot of people, I spent years putting work, family and everything else ahead of my health. One day I realized I wanted to feel better, move better and have more energy for the years ahead.

So I started showing up. These days you'll find me at the local gym a few times a week. Some days I feel great, and some days my knees remind me how old I am. I'm not trying to look like a fitness model. I just want to stay strong, healthy and able to do the things I enjoy.

That's what Wellness on Demand is all about. On the blog and podcast, I sit down with people who know a lot more about health, fitness and wellness than I do. I ask them the questions most of us are thinking about: How do I get back into shape without getting hurt? How do I sleep better? How do I keep my energy up and stay motivated when life gets busy?

Maybe you're getting back into exercise after years away, starting fresh at 40, or working to stay active into your 60s. Wherever you're starting, you're in good company. I'm figuring it out right alongside you.

Pull up a chair, listen in and learn with me. And if there's something you'd like me to ask about, send me a message. Your questions help shape future episodes.
